We accept all intraoral scanner files

Digital case submissions

To send your digital case, you can upload your files here. We accept all .STL intraoral scanner files as well as all supporting files. (If a file is not allowed, please send us a message). We also accept cases over email at digital@goldstandarddentalstudio.com.

Scanner integration instructions

iTero

To use your iTero® scanner to upload directly to us from your scanner, follow the instructions below to setup Gold Standard Dental Studio in your iTero scanner:

  1. Call 800-577-8767
  2. Select Option 1
  3. Request for them to add Gold Standard Dental Studio to your scanner.
  4. Provide our account number to verify the correct lab: 1221249
  5. Once Gold Standard Dental Studio has been added, restart the scanner
  6. Select Gold Standard Dental Studio on your scanner to upload scans.
iTero

To use your iTero® scanner to upload directly to us from your scanner, follow the instructions below to setup Gold Standard Dental Studio in your iTero scanner:

  1. Call 800-577-8767
  2. Select Option 1
  3. Request for them to add Gold Standard Dental Studio to your scanner.
  4. Provide our account number to verify the correct lab: 1221249
  5. Once Gold Standard Dental Studio has been added, restart the scanner
  6. Select Gold Standard Dental Studio on your scanner to upload scans.

  2. Connect with Gold Standard Dental Studio as Lab by searching digital@goldstandarddentalstudio.com
  3. After connecting to us as a Lab, select Gold Standard Dental Studio when sending files

  1. Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
  2. Select Option 1 and request support Gold Standard Dental Studio in Barrington, NJ to be added to your scanner
  3. 3M™ will then confirm with us and add connection the remotely

  1. Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
  2. Search for Gold Standard Dental Studio
  3. Add Gold Standard Dental Studio
  4. Select Gold Standard Dental Studio when submitting raw STL files
  5. Notify us of the case submission at digital@goldstandarddentalstudio.com

  1. Select “Find a lab option” on your scanner
  2. Search for digital@goldstandarddentalstudio.com
  3. Add Gold Standard Dental Studio
  4. Select Gold Standard Dental Studio when submitting scans
Cerec
  1. Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
  2. Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  3. Type “Gold Standard Dental Studio” in the box for Company Name
  4. Click FIND
  5. Check the box to the bottom left for “Gold Standard Dental Studio”
  6. Click ADD to complete the registration
